Adrenaline (epinephrine) acid tartrate; Lidocaine (lignocaine) hydrochloride. 

Adrenaline (epinephrine) makes the blood vessels at the site of injection narrower, which means the patient bleeds less and it is easier for the dentist to see what is happening.

Mode of action
