Returns & Refund Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since the product got delivered, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original condition as consignee received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds may be granted, solely at the discretion of dentodeal.com

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not pertaining to dentodeal.
  • Any item returned after 10 days from delivery date.
  • Offer Products listed in '/offers' page are not returnable on purchase
  • Personal protection items like Mask, PPE Kits, Surgical Gown, etc.

Condition of Package:

Do not accept the package if the package is visibly damaged in transit. Please take a photo and notify dentodeal through e-mail support@dentodeal.com.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, an email would be sent to confirm receipt. Approval or rejection of the refund will also be duly notified. If the request is approved, refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund is not received after 15 days, the corresponding bank needs to be contacted. There could be a longer processing time to get the refund posted.  If the bank is contacted and still couldn’t trace refund, please contact us at support@dentodeal.com.

Non-returnable items 

Items specified non-returnable on the product page of the website cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Only products received defective or damaged would be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email within 5 days of delivery to support@dentodeal.com with images and details of the damage. Details on further process would be shared with you.

Shipping

In case of return/exchange due to damage or issues at the seller’s end, the shipping charges will be borne by dentodeal.com. Otherwise the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on the destination, the time taken for exchanged product to reach may vary.  To return/exchange the product courier the product to: Dentodeal, GF, PK Complex, Pushpa Jn, Kallai Rd, Kozhikode, Kerala 673002
